名列仙班目失明,結因茲土待來生。把君此卷且歸去,何限天涯故國情。丁巳(1977)春季錄陳寅恪兄贈詩以應方宇先生疋命。熊式一。時年七十又七。\r\n\r\nSeal\r\n熊式一印信、秀才人情\r\n\r\n[I am] listed among the bands of gods with blind eyes;\r\nHere on this land we tie our karmas and wait for the next life.\r\nI shall hold this scroll of yours and go back;\r\nAnd the passions for the motherland will nto be limited by the distance.\r\n\r\nWritten in the spring of 1977, a transcription of the poem given [to me] by Chen Yinke, in order to meet the commands of Mr. Fangyu. Xiong Shiyi, at age 77.
