Reverse Description: SALUS REGIONUM AUSTRALIUM around, HOSTIBUS AD EUTAW / DEBELLATIS DIE VIII SEPT / MDCCLXXXI in exergue. Winged Victory running l., head turned back, holding wreath in r. hand and palm in l., alighting on a trophy of arms. Her l. foot rests on a broken shield near which is another shield and flags, fasces, a broken sword, helmet, spear point, and laurel branch. Near the sword-hilt at l., DPRE.
