Obverse Description

Obverse Description: In top r. corner lies small "200". On l. and r. sides of note lie plaques decorated with floral and vegetal elements; In body of l. plaque, "OBYAZATELEN K PRIEMU VO VSEH PLATEZHAH V KAZNU I MEZHDU CHASTNYMI LITSAMI"; Above l. plaque lies "200 / RUBLEY" in medallion; In body of r. plaque lies "RUBLEY" over "200"; Above r. plaque lies "200" in medallion; In bottom of both plaques lie "1919". At the center top of note lies double-headed eagle with shield with illustration of St. George stabbing the dragon. Below eagle within large decorative border lies text, "BILET / GOSUDARTVENNAGO KAZNACHEYSTVA / GLAVNAGO KOMANDOVANIYA / VOORUZHENNYMI SILAMI NA YUGE ROSSII"; Below this within a small decorative border, "DVESTI RUBLEY"; At the bottom of note lies small illlustration of St. George stabbing the dragon in medallion. To the l. of illustrated medallion in small text lie "NACHAL'NIK UPRAVLENIYA FINANSOV" and to the r. lies "NACHAL'NIK KREDITNOY CHASTI" with respective signatures.

Reverse Description

Reverse Description: In top right corner lies "200". A rectangular border lies within the note; The border is filled with small tiles with text, alternating between "200" and "RUB". Over the top of the border lies ornament with 6 flags (3 pointing to the l. and 3 pointing to the r.), trumpets, weaponry, and cross in medallion. Ribbons draper from the central ornament across to the sides of the border, and hang off the sides along the l. and r. sides of the border, terminating in a vegatal bouquet. In center of note within border lies large circular illustration of the Monument to Mihail Dmitrievich Skobelev. To the l. of central illustration, "BILETY GOSUDARSTVENNAVO KAZNACHETVA PODLEZHAT OBMENU NA DENEZHNYE ZNAKI IMEYUSHCHIE BYT' VYPUSHCHENNYMI. EDINUM ROSSIIKIM PRAVITEL'STVOM." To the r. of central illustration, "ZA PODDELKU BILETOV GOSUDARSTVENNAVO KAZNACHEYSTVA VINOVNYE PODVERGAYUTSYA LISHCHENIYU VSEH PRAV SOSTOYANIA I SSYLKE V KATORZHNUYU RABOTU." Below central illustration and along bottom of border lies decoration with vegal elements and in the center, a double headed eagle with small shield of St. George stabbing the dragon.
