THE POSSESSOR OF THIS BILL SHALL BE PAID --- SPANISH MILLED DOLLARS BY THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF DECEMBER, ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SIX, WITH INTEREST IN LIKE MONEY, AT THE RATE OF FIVE PER CENTUM PER ANNUM, BY THE STATE OF RHODE-ISLAND AND PROVIDENCE PLANTATIONSM ACCORDING TO AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE OF THE SAID STATE, OF THE SECOND DAY OF JULY, 1780.
