Reverse Description: A group of classically garbed women bearing lyres and wreathes and lights lead the way up a staircase leading to a temple illuminated by the rising sun. Bottom right is the name of the artist: "VICTOR ROUSSEAU." Latin legend in the top right reads: "PROSIT PATRIAE/LABOR PROSIT/ET HUMANO GENERI." "May [its] work benefit the nation; may it also benefit humanity."
