Obverse Description: Uniformed bust of Washington facing three-quarters left, framed at bottom by compass, square (with dates 32 and 99 on ends), and GW monogram, and by scroll (on which: SUO - SE - ROBORE - FIRMAT). On head of compass 17 and at the ends of the square 32 and 99, Washington's birth and death dates. Above, an all-seeing eye casts rays downward across entire field of medal. Legend along bottom rim: HE WAS A BROTHER - OF THE MYSTIC TIE.

Reverse Description

Reverse Description: Seal of the Fredericksburgh Lodge at the upper center with the motto: IN THE LORD IS ALL OUR TRUST; below and each side of seal, Masonic emblems indicating degrees of ENTERED APPRENTICE, FELLOWCRAFT, and MASTER MASON, and the dates of attainment. At bottom: I.F. WOOD, DES. G.H. LOVETT FEC. Plain edge.
