Conversation, (Inter)sections: Illuminating American Paintings

In this edition of (Inter)sections, Keely Orgeman, the Alice and Allan Kaplan Associate Curator of American Paintings and Sculpture, Andrew Daubar, Exhibition Production Manager, and Cynthia Schwarz, Associate Conservator of Paintings, discuss the lighting in the American paintings and sculpture focus gallery.

Featuring artists, students, scholars, and community members, (Inter)sections is a series of programs that promotes interdisciplinary dialogue and engages the Gallery’s expansive collection, offering a unique blend of perspectives on culture, identity, and power to critically reflect on the human experience.
