This necklace was given to the Phil and Ann Holzer by Ruth Shortell Dworak, the wife of Fran Dworak, a conductor at Radio City Music Hall and a business partner of Phil's. Ruth Shortell Dworak was descended from the Van Cortlandt family of New York.
