On left side, sailing ship flanked on left with man smoking pipe and leaning on barrel; on right by female figure with lion, perhaps Britannia, with motto "Success to Shipping Trade" underneath. Other side (within floral border with anchors at upper corners: ship in upper center and bowknot at lower center is verse: "Women makes men Love/ And Love makes them sad/ And sadness makes them drink/ etc. (see accession file)
