Obverse Description: SMV PET GRIM D. Winged, haloed lion approaches from l. Doge of Venice kneels at right, holding a tall staff with Greek cross and flag on top. In exergue, 12 and two stars.

Reverse Description

Reverse Description: DEFENS NOSTER. The Redeemer, facing forward, holding a copy of the Gospels in his l. hand and making the sign of bendiction with his r. His haloed head breaks the legend.
