Obverse Description

Obverse Description: Background of the note is a classical facade with four vertical columns with floral motif and double-headed eagles with cross in capitals; In architrave at top of the facade, "KANZACHEYSKIY ZNAK SIBIRSKAVO VREMENNOVO PRAVITEL'STVA"; In l. and r. portion between columns lay double-headed eagles with cross above head and banner with text, "SIM POBEDISHI"; Beneath double-headed eagle on l., "UPRAVLYAYUSHCHIY" and signature; Beneath double-headed eagle on r., "KASSIR" and signature. Between two central columns lies plaque with text; In central plaque at the top, "TRI RUBLYA'"; Below this text in small print, "KAZNACHEYSKIY ZNAK OBMENIVAETSYA GOSUDARSTVENNYM BANKOM SIBIRI NA GOSUDARSTVENNYE KRED.E BILETY"; Below central plaque in base lies "1919" in plaque; Below each column lies "3". Note is green.

Reverse Description

Reverse Description: Decorative border along edges; In corners lies "3" in medallion; In central ovular medallion lies large stylized "3"; In border of medallion the text "TRI RUBLYA" is repeated; At bottom of note in small print, "PODDELKA PRESLEDUETSYA ZAKONOM".
