PENSE. / DIEU ET MON DROIT blue grosgrain ribbon with gold coat of arms in blue and red enamel, lion l. and unicorn r., crown with lion above, banderoles above and beneath, hanging from bottom is ruler with 3 inches marked, perpendicular is copper (?) decorative scroll motif on bar, forming 90 degree angle with corner up, between ruler and decorative scroll hangs scrolled frame with three intersecting square at angles
