Reverse Description: ROMAE A E TERNAE Roma seated left on oval shield. She extends her left arm to hold a Victory who rests a palm on one shoulder and extends an arm to proffer a wreath to Roma. Roma wears a crested helmet and rests her left hand high on a vertical scepter.
