Yale University Art Gallery Bulletin 2002

An annual compilation of themed essays, exhibition highlights, and Gallery news, the Yale University Art Gallery Bulletin publishes original scholarship on works in the Gallery’s collection. Written by Gallery curators and outside scholars, contributions vary in length from extended studies to brief notes. This Bulletin highlights four extraordinary women donors of art to the Gallery, and the important role that women have played in all areas of the arts throughout Yale’s history as students, curators, and artists.
