"#413/R" is written in chalk on the left drawer side. A printed paper label is glued to the underside of the top: "Penn [...]00 P.M.,/J. J. MAGUIRE / 406 MARKET STREET. HARRI[...]/[...] Scheffer, Printer and Bookbinder, 21 South Second Street, Exclusiv[e...]." A printed and typewritten paper label is glued to the exterior of the fixed portion of the hinged rail: "To be deatached and fixed on back of object before/delivery to driver./ NAME OF OWNER Howard Reifsnyder,/ STREET 3914 Walnut Street,/ CITY Philadelphia, Pa./ NAME OF OBJECT One Folding Card Table." "6" is written in pencil on a piece of paper pasted to the underside of the top.
