Master Class, "Women and Art in Three Cultures: Africa, America, Japan"

This three-part course explores the contributions of women to African art, American decorative arts, and Japanese art. Using objects from the Gallery’s collection, these sessions are led by Kate Ezra, the Nolen Curator of Education and Academic Affairs; Diane C. Wright, the Marcia Brady Tucker Senior Fellow, American Decorative Arts; Amy Torbert, the Marcia Brady Tucker Assistant Curator, American Paintings and Sculpture; and Sadako Ohki, the Japan Foundation Associate Curator of Japanese Art.
